    I am a relative newbie to VCD. I just installed and created slide show using Ulead DVD Picture Show. When I play it on TV it is way too loud and the TV volume control does not affect. Obviously, I burned it too loud. I used files that I had downloaded from Morpheus.

    Any one have any suggestions on what to do?

    Strange. I burnt my first VCD with Ulead DVD Slideshow yesterday and used three different MP3s (different sources) and the entire VCD was fine. Does the sound file play alright on your PC?
