Download Helping for an audio File

Hi friends!

I want to download an audio file from following page:

https://xpn.org/program/free-at-noon/

I want to download the audio parts from the free at noon shows,specially the performance from John Byrne Band!

Which way I must to go for grabbing these?

Any help was great....

1. Press F12 to open Web Developer Tools
2. Go to Network tab and type in mp3 in the filter box.
3. Play audio and copy the URL of the mp3 file that shows up.
4. Open in a new tab, right click > Save as
