Strange fields frames in analog capture bis

I am not used to work with anime, and have little experience in this area.

Does anybody recognize the field/frame architecture in this analog capture and how to process it? I tried a TFM(order=1, PP=0) or a TFM(order=1, PP=0).TDecimate() or a QTGMC().SRestore() without success.
