I think I found that the CED disc store video in FM and the sound in AM.
But now i found that both is FM.
What is right? Or is there another medium where video is FM and sound AM or vice versa?

in aerial broadcast video is AM (to be precise VSB-SC modulation) and sound is FM - FM is beneficial in situations where your medium is highly nonlinear - to detect FM you need only frequency (and frequency can be expressed in binary form) - AM need linear medium with characteristic flat as much possible over spectrum.

Archaic CED discs had both composite video and audio modulating the carrier using FM.
