Subtitle Edit 3.6.2 how to change waveform and video panels placements

So I've been using Subtitle Edit for the last 1 or 2 months lately, I use its video panel to edit my subs, and because my screen is very small both their panels are very small when i have waveform on show but if I disable waveform the video panel goes on the bottom half on the screen which makes it very difficult to work with, so I was wondering if there's a way to have the video panel on the right/left without having the waveform enabled.

TL;DR: Is there a way to change these panels locations?

In menubar, go to Video --> Undock Video controls

Preview window will detach and go float; you can change size and drag it anywhere.
