I'm looking to create a VCD that will play on CD-R drive and stand alone DVD that has multiple chapters. The twist is that I would like to be able to preselect say 10 random chapters that I want to watch in my selected order and just let them play through.

I.E. chapters 1,2,3,4,5 normally can be selected one at a time or played through 1-5. I would like to be able to preselect 2,4,3,1 and have them play in that order.

Any input or ideas on the best way to go about this, software, etc. would be great. And if there is anyone in the Boston MA area looking to make a few extra bucks helping me out with this project let me know.
