If you're on Win 10 there's no reason to use anything other than Defender.

Try with mobile antivirus software. If that doesn't work, wipe the entire phone

Most Android device have the option to do a factory reset; there is one thing, if Win 10 is detecting the malware then it should also be able to clean it up.
