OK, I load the vcd template and change the resolution to 720 x 480 and change to constant quality (75). The rest of the settings are whatever the vcd template has. It works on my computer very well (55 min at 739 megs, AMAZING quality). But when I play on my apex 5131 (which says I can play xvcd and xsvcd up to 5000kbits) it plays pretty choppy. I did the same exact thing with xsvcd (load the svcd template, change res and cq(75)). Can someone please offer a suggestion?

Although its weird that it 720x480 won't play, I found a solution. In TMPGEnc, I went to the video source tab, and it said 704x480. I had never heard of that resolution, but I decided to try it and it works perfectly!
