    Good afternoon,

As you'll see, I'm putting together a training course for my company. Everything went extremely well, as I have a small amount of experience. However, I'm noticing there appears to be interlaced (or something) frames that just... make the video hard to watch. Can anyone watch this video and please tell me what's wrong with it?

    Project / 24p video 24p Upload / 24p

It's all 24p... so... why does it appear that these frames are blending together?

  2. Vegas? I bet your video sources weren't 24p. What were they? Turn off blending when you frame rate convert.

Yeah, they were 24p. If you're saying they're not, then I'll go back and check. Let me modify those settings and I'll get right back with you.

That worked, thank you. It was actually 25p and I turned off interlace (not sure if it was needed) and disabled resample. You're a legend
