Download and record video from android platform?

Hello,

I wonder if it is possible to download or record video from the android platform? I searched the forum but couldn't find any good answer? I ask this question because some platforms do not have a web option for watching movies, TV programs, etc. Does anyone have an idea how to install perhaps an emulator and try to get m3u8 or mpd with it? I am not knowledgeable, so if there is someone who can share their experience or offer a solution, I would be glad. 🙂
