I'm fairly new add ripping dvds. I know if the ripped dvd is greater that the 4.7 Gigs that I need to remove the foreign languages, extras, etc. What I would like to know is once I rip the dvd with smartripper, smart ripper creates one file. Does this file include the surround sound channels or are those lost when I burn it to dvd-r in pioneer dvr a04? Thanks for your help.

If you`ve ripped the main movie files with smartripper, then it will contain all the subtitles, all audio tracks in those main vobs.
