Is there another video editor that allows you to mark regions on a video and batch render, like Vegas does?
What I want to do?
Render several small clips from a larger video. I am doing it with Vegas, but it doesn't open modern codecs. Most videos are mkv, x265 or whatever, and stone age Vegas won't open those video files. So I have to re-encode the video into Vegas compatible to then open it on Vegas to create the clips.
How I do it?
I have a file on Vegas with multiple regions already set, so I just open the video on the timeline and go batch render > region
Can I do something similar with another video editor, that will open "modern" video files?
