Downloading mpd stream (DRM protected?)

Trying to download a stream from a mpd file.
I'm using VLC, which is working for m3u8 streams from the same website.

But I'm having no luck with mpd streams.

One thing of note when I look at the file:

So it looks like this is protected with widevine DRM.

Is there any way around this?
