How do i burn a vcd

I have Adaptec CD Creater 4 deluxe.
I tried burning a vcd i have the avi files encoded to mpg, then i did the layout and starting burning the vcd.
After it was finished i tried to play it on my computer but it didn't work.
I saw some files on the vcd but there wasn't the stuff i wanted to burn.

Its the software man.....

I have Nero and It works perfect when transfering Mpeg to VCD....

I use the Terapin VCD recorder instead of the stupid computer when making all my VCDs, I just use Nero and the computer for disc to disc copies....

The quality of downloads is aweful....I dont even waste my time.

well downloading it is the only way i can get the stuff i want
if someone could take me through the steps of burning a vcd

I don't understand y the software would be messed up i probally messed up somewhere
there is a vcd burning thing under the cd creator
audio cds come out fine whats wrong with the vcds
