Suggestion Request VSDC software help

Hi all, I have some questions on how to work this software (pro) and unfortunately the creators are unresponsive, have outdated tutorials that don't answer my questions etc. Is there a section here where I could beg for some really basic help from someone who knows how to use the software well? Willing to do a discord screenshare/chat to make the help session really fast if someone is willing. Ty kindly for any direction and help, have a lovely weekend.

No one? Could anyone enlighten me on how to not have a separate window popup when editing/cutting for playback preview? It makes pinpointing where stuff starts and ends REALLY hard, also is it possible to record screen, microphone AND PC audio all at once for game capture? Sorry to ask here but there's no real good way to communicate with VSDC and or its pro users.
