    recently i have been using this ulead dvdmenu authoring tool to make vcd menus, when i did everything that was supposed to be done i put it in my phillips dvd player to check to see if there was a menu on my vcd and there was nothing, nothing at all it was just the movie, this happened to me twixe so far. can anyone tell me what am i doing wrong? or should i convert to svcd? thanks!

    I've a feeling that it's the stand-alone Philips DVD player that won't play the menus. I got the same result on my mates player,when trying a VCD with menus in his Philips player.
