720x576 still have problems how to solve

It works OK for me in Windows 10 64 bit using typical SD resolutions; tried mod 2 but still good.
But I did get it to fail when resizing to 720 x 576 perhaps a limitation of the filter.

I must say the filter did not help the output, made it worse.

What's it supposed to be a stabilizer ? Perhaps try Flaxen's VHS

Yeah, it crashes at 720x576. But oddly, it doesn't crash at 720x574 or 720x578. So add or crop a few lines before adding the filter.

It appear to be an attempt at a line time base corrector. And like all the other attempts, it usually make things worse, not better.

This should be the first publicly available TBC software that was developed in Russia around 2005. very few people know. But my win7 64 never opened normally
