    I have used this programme for many years without problems. Recently when copying downloaded video files to DVD it will only burn in square 4-3? Aspect reatio. I have selected the other two ratios 16 and PAL but the end result is always the same. I've even deleted the programme and re installed but to no avail.Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    16 is not a ratio... I guess you mean '16:9'? PAL is not a ratio, what do you mean? You say the 'result is always the same' but fail to tell us what that is.... Tell us, we may be able to help.
