  2. The best thing is to check first of all that you have selected the disc-at once option to burn then check prefences in nero and select the desired amount of mintues on the TDK if its 80minute CD then you could probably overburn to 88Mins just about. But the best think is to check this link out to see if yours is compatible also it depends on the recording speed try not to select the highest speed, becuase you might there will be more erros with the space of the disc, taking a slower time will correct the ajustment of the laser to burn the files onto it. Try the speed of 12x8x4x but not 16x see if that too makes the differences.

This is off the top of my head, so forgive me if I am not completely accurate. First, is your file over the "red" line on the "load" bar at the bottom in Nero? If it is, this is the MAX that Nero will allow to burn. You can change this, though, by a setting in the preferences options. It will ask you for a time setting to set these lines to (there's a red and a yellow line - I guess a "caution" and a "stop"!).

Also, under the \NERO\UTILITIES directory, there is a program called "CDSPEED". Run this and perform an "overburn" test to see how much extra you can put on your TDK's. Five MByte extra doesn't sound out of line.
