why instead or re scaling only black box appear?

yes exact same thing,also i noticed it tells me its 29.97 fps and not 23.97 like it is, and it screws up the frame count (about half of the frames are just blank green screen, like there have been added 10000 blank green sceen frames after the ending)

LWLibavVideoSource() is having trouble reading your video? Remove the nnedi3 line. Same problem?

Can you use FFVideoSource instead?

Yes, I often use ffVideoSource() when LWLibavVideoSource() fails. And vice versa.
