    Hi... trying to hardcode subs in VDub to an mp4/AVC input file but they don't show on preview window. Using textsub 2.23, VDub 32bit. With avi/Xvid input files it always worked perfect, same subs filter. Any help or just not possible here?

  2. It works fine here. As long as you can see the video in the input and output windows you should be able to use textsub. A random AVC/MP4 file and random SRT file:

    Hm, mine are .sub type, will convert to .srt and try again.

    EDIT: As .srt it works now, dunno why .sub was the problem.

    As in SUB/IDX? That's a graphics format, not text.

    Just plain .sub subtitles.
