Losing Video when streaming but keeping sound - RTMP.

I've got a Matrox Monarch HDX. When I start my stream on either Ustream or anywhere else, everything is smooth and perfect. BUT after an hour or so, the img either starts to lag or just dissapear but the sound keeps smoothly. I've tryed a new streaming hardware. I've tryed so many settings on the encoder to even post it out.... Does any one have a clue why would the video dissapear (RTMP force everything to be in 1 block and not splited).

Still having the same issue, been trying so many things atm.

The actual connection to the internet is straight on a cable modem without firewall !
