requesting help to download non-pay video from rakuten.jp

Hi there,
I would like to ask if there's a way to download videos from this site, I've tried this command
ffmpeg -i " URL.segment" -c copy output.ts though it didn't work, the problem is that the files are transferred in segments that's why I can't download them.the photo in attachments explains it.

please note: I'm using a proxy plugin chrome to watch videos outside japan, so the downloading method must have a proxy feature too.
