    Looking for help, how to convert an MP4 to a VOB file

    VOB is part of a DVD structure so you should use DVD authoring software to make sure it is properly built. AVStoDVD is (IMHO) the best free one.

    Sincere thanks answer 1983, I believe that application is now converting those files to VOB's.
