How to download video from these site?

I have been trying to find a software that downloads videos from Hulu or ABC.com. I have tried GetFLV, but it dint worked

So can someone PLEASE help me how to download/rip videos in HD from these sites? I have Hulu subscription..so i can watch the videos in HD.. but unable to download.

Here's the video i wanna download in HD (anyone will do, as they're the same episode) :

Please someone provide some help/guide kindly to how i can download? It will be greatly appreciated.


PS, i think ffmpeg will work with the ABC link.. but i am unable to find the .m3u8 or .mp4 link to put in the command line from the page source.. can someone please help me??

But the abc site I think is okey to discuss. But I can't test it as I have no USA IP address.
