Creating Karaoke VCD's?

Does someone have information on creating Karaoke VCD's? My Apex 5131 can play the discs but I need information on how to create them.

I use Windows Movie Maker,ARCSOFT PhotoStudio 2000 and TMPGEnc.
After posting the same question a month ago(with no answer)I found
WMM the easiest way to match music with text(no bouncing ball though).

So, what is your process to create a Karoke disc?

1)In PhotoStudio:File>New>insert text(20-25 words per page)>save as 800x600 "1.jpg,2.jpg,3.jpg"..etc(for easier authoring)
2)In Win.Movie Maker:Insert.jpg's and music into storyboard>insert
music into timeline>insert "1.jpg" into timeline>play music and when you get to last word on "1.jpg" hit pause>adjust ending point of "1.jpg" by
double clicking and sliding bar>continue with the rest of pictures, with
the last one ending at same time the music ends by sliding bar.>save
movie at 756kbps(highest quality).
3)In TMPGEnc:insert your .wmv movie and convert to vcd,svcd,dvd.
