    I've been having a bit of trouble with Sony Vegas 13 playing my video files. I tried to render and export the video as well and the video turned out black. I've been working on this video for a while now and this is the first time that this has happened. What did I do to cause this? Please help. I really don't want to start over again.

    I'm using an earlier version of Vegas but I occasionally have the same problem. The only thing that fixes it is to save the project, quit Vegas, and relaunch it.
