Hi everyone.
I'm converting video by MegUi for Youtube, using an AVI source with avisynth and audio is converted with Nero AAC. What happens is that after the conversion audio track is in sync but at the end of the clip, less then a second left, there's a clicking sound and the last part of the audio just before the click repeats itself again. I have no idea what is causing this. I'll add a clip for you to see/hear. Any ideas?

1. No problem with the source. It happens with every source. The source is frameserved from Vegas as AVI.
2. Audio is not filtered through the script. Audio is directly taken from AVI then sent to Nero AAC while bypassing the script and later muxed back to the video.
3. ffaudiosource is recommended for AAC and that is what I use.
Btw. zero latency is on, although even when switching it off the same error appears.
