I have one Mustek 520 DVD Player that "only one time was played one mini DVD" I was tried also with other DVSs of same model.

    I do not understand.

Was burned with nero in UDF/ISO mode, ISO 1 mode 2 and disk at once

    In the root I taked Audio_TS and Video_TS .

The Autoring software is DVDit 2.3

When I play the miniDVD in standalone player it stop in folder mode without play.

Why 'you think' only one time the player was recognize the correct format with same cd ?

In the compatibility list the Mustek 520 is miniDVD compliant.

Can you hel me please ?

  2. Hiii, you scare me somewhat because I´ve just today ordered a Mustek V520 just for it´s ability to play miniDVD:s.

I just wonder, why do you not go all the way with DVDit and let the software burn the cDVD???

I have made some tests myself with this software, unfortunately I have only played the cDVD:s in my computer but they looked just fine.

At the moment I´m experimenting with XSVCD with bitrates up to 5Mb/s.
They plays very well in my standalone DVD AD-L512.

Let me know how you proceed.

I have a mustek 560 and if the miniDVD is to short it won't play. Try to make the miniDVD longer, about 2-3min works for me.

The more time on the disc the better.

  5. I've got a Yukai v520 (a Mustek's clone) and when I try to play a miniDVD it goes to folder mode. In fact you can play the VOB if you select it and change the audio channel to C0.
I can also play a raw MPEG2 file in folder mode. I play VCD but not with PBC options (Photo Album from WinOnCD doesn't work). I don't play SVCD neither ...

My player has the ESS VideoDrive chipset and not the WinBond chipset included in the v520IV.
