Problems with Ripping high scool musical 3

Hi, i'm not able to rip this dvd. I have windows 10 trying to use; WinX DVD Copy Pro, DVD-Cloner 2015. It looks like the software is not able to read the dvd. The DVD writer just makes a lot of noise trying to read the dvd and then it fails. I have a full version and the latest one of WinX DVD ripper. This software does the job for the most time. The DVD i'm using is almost unused.

If i try watching it in VLC media player it works fine.

Any tips on this one?

Just testet with AnyDVD and it worked. I don't understand why one software can't fix it!

Winx DVD copy has actually been working quite well.

Anyhow, ripping Pirates of the Carrabean now using AnyDVD and it is stuck at 58%.. Looks like the dvd player is working so i will give it some time, but it could be this one is a bit difficult.
