  1. Looking for a light, simple program that can sync lossy audios. I don't mind paying for it, if it's worth it.

    I'm trying to sync a DVD audio on a HDTV source.

    I use a freebie, AviDemux , exclusively to replace audio (with no quality loss to the video either).

    Personally I use Audacity and i compare the wave with the original audio that is synced.

    If i don't have the original audio, i remux then i go find the delay with mpc-hc or potplayer using the audio/video sync tool

    if the delay is not constant, you have to consider the fps.
