S-Video is video not audio. You need to run another cable for the audio.

You mean composite right?

I suggest Amazon for cables. Keep it short for quality!
Your camera has a 4-pin mini-DIN that is simply standard S-Video.

If you want to be sure go to your local store and test it first.

It is said :
Use the optional S-150 S-video Cable to connect the S-video terminal.
Use the C-250 AV Cable white plug to connect the audio terminal.

Since you intend to digitize Hi 8 recordings, I just wanted to be sure that the "cable" you wanted to find was not some sort of USB capture device. No, it is a 4-pin cable, You just can't see the other 2 pins. The collar is blocking your view. S-Video cables with a mini-din connection must have 4 pins.
