Since i'm capturing (well, streamdumping) from PAL channels, i get 25fps.
But, since most of the vids are original NTSC framerate, 29.97fps, broadcasted in PAL screws em up right? Wierd interlacing patterns and stuff like that.
Does anyone got a good deinterlacing method that will reduce i.e ghosting and still make the picture sharp?
