Can't find way to download video from specific site

I need help to downloadvideo from this URL: http://ltv.lsm.lv/lv/raksts/04.02.2015-zebra.id43448/

I have tried a lot of applications like Orbit downloader and others but I am able to download only advertisment video which is played in first 15 seconds. After that real vide is starting but it is not possible to figure out correct URL. Looks like video is streamed in chunks.

Any help would be appreciated.
