Hello,
I am using FiLMiC Pro 4.0.3 on iPhone 5s. Mov files have been created.
Settings were correct but somehow clips got broken.
Clips are being played well but only part of image is being constantly shown.
Is it possible to fix the problem ?

We need more context to understand what we're looking at. Is the image supposed to fill the entire black space? Does it do it some of the time. Maybe post a short moving sample.

The clip has an active image of 1280x360, which matches the dimensions for one of the built-in mattes (4.00:1, Napoleon) in a 720 frame. Given that your clip is also vfr, it looks like someone messed up a lot of the settings. Maybe reload the software. The current clip is what it is.

The settings were correct. It was the bug in the application which caused it.
The same evening later clips were filmed well. -
