can anyone tell me how to use rtmpdump to download videos from the wwe network

I can download them with atres but would like to know how to use rtmpdump in case atres stops working

rtmpdump -h >help_rtmpdump.txt

You'll get the file help_rtmpdump.txt in witch you have the differents syntax able .
