Try this: Convert your subtitle file with Maestro SBT to a series of bmp's and follow these guides.

Hi Truman:
I have converted the gifs. But I canīt create the ogt for I-author. I have tried some programs. All time the same result. The I-author crash.
Do you know another program to create the subs ?
Thanks -
Currently I do not have installed I-Author, so I can not test it. Which kind of subtitles do you have, which file extention is it ? Or do you write your own subtitles?

I have my own subtitles.
The video has it in mpeg2 and the subtitles in srt. The subtitles I converted them to ssa to be able to make the gifīs and the txt for the i-author mux. The problem is that when I load everything in the mux the program he closes. I made a test with the ogt of I-author. There were not problems. In this case he would have make the synchronization of the text again. :(
In summary, I have to put subtitles to a svcd.
