    i have a smart tv with usb port, and no a/v video out, (only av in) and my question is how can i see the output of the usb advertisements from the smart tv to on another tv without usb port.

    Unless your smartTV supports "beaming", "screen sharing" or similar Wifi media sharing technologies, and in particular also supports the TV being the source, you are out of luck. You will know if this is possible by looking in your manual (of whatever model you have - tell us next time!).
