I uploaded a 1280x720 59.94fps x264 mp4 video to youtube, and I could only get 29.97 on the there even though it qualifies 720p and 60fps. here are the media info for the video I uploaded, and the media info for the youtube 720p video. can you tell me what settings I need to change for youtube generate 60 fps? thx

Yup YT not support 60fps. But YT does support Webm, transcode your clip to Webm as alternative.
