Mark posts as read?

When I click "View My"----"Posts since last visit", I get page 1 of 5 pages of posts. Scroll down & click page 2, I get '2 of 8', etc. Is there, somewhere, (I have not it!), a tab or something to mark all the posts as read?

Same with 'New Posts', goes back weeks.

'Todays Posts' dont go back to my last logon.
