When authoring my VCD, I chose to add a couple of files, mainly a couple of mpeg viewers, VCDGear, and a guide on how to convert the .dat file on the VCD back to an mpeg.
The guide is in text (.txt) format.
My problem is that under explorer, when viewing the VCD, the file size of the text file is normal, but when I open the text file in Notepad, there is no text.
Any ideas?
