    What prog/app can I use to create a scrolling text (bottom to top, etc) to add to a video file? Something like at the beginning of Star Wars or the like. I understand how to join video files I'm looking to create a scrolling text video file to add to another. TIA.

    Video Vegas 3.0 can add scrolling text.
