download/capture video/audio from 3sat

i can't download or capture this stream on this site

Not sure if I understand you. But I will go through the whole process.

1. Select record mode not download mode. (Download mode may work but I did not test it)
2. Move the bit-rate selector off the video screen and click cancel.
3. Stop the recording when you are ready - if downlaod works it should stop on its own.
4. The recorded stream has a timing issue (quite common) so you must convert it.
5. Click convert. Select your saved .flv. Check the 'fix flv' box and then click 'convert'. The file will then be quickly remuxed into a .mp4 and will play.

This is AdobeHDS f4f format. Download it with Tubedigger (v4.6.3 tested in 'Rec+' mode) or AdobeHDS.php [tutorial].
