having trouble with XviD4PSP 5.0

Im using it to convert MKV files to MP4 with subs and when i load the file it stays stuck on demuxing and then whenI close it an error pops up that says "FFmpeg source: invalid audio track number"

Just try something else, rebox.net or gotsent. If you want to hardcode subs try freemake video converter or avidemux.

those two programs need 3 or 4 different programs with it to get subs. XviD4PSP 5.0 can do all in one it doesnt need 20 different programs to work you put the video in tell it to keep subs and I need to figure what the error message means and how to fix it

and none of them worked XviD4PSP 5.0 is the only good one so far except for that error that keeps popping up

What are you using to decode the video? If you don't know, press the D button when you open the video. If one decoder source fails for mkv, perhaps another will.

Also, I suggest you use the Media Info function in the tools menu to tell us more about the video.

Generally speaking, if you want help on this forum or any other, you should try to include as much detail as possible. Otherwise, people with think "I have no idea how the help this person", and will move on to the next thread. Details about your problem are always the key to getting support.

So, try another decoder, such as DirectShow, or FFMpeg. And post your Media Info results here, so we can help.

i am using xvid4psp version 5.10.305.0 windows 7 ultimate 6.1 7601 s pack1 I have problem with converting videos when I open any video to convert it it say this message
