    Adobe Premiere PRO - bad tape effect

    Hello!

    To be simple I'm trying to make this for my video;

    What do you mean "premade" ?

    Or do you want a plugin to apply to your own footage ?

    There are scripts and plugins that can do this for After Effects (some of them compatible with PP)

    But I don't know if the premiere versions allow you to use expressions. With expressions in AE you can randomize or control each of the parameters much easier (instead of manually keyframing)

    I think there are some bad VCR/ bad TV emulation scripts around in avisynth as well (much effort is spent fixing, instead of creating these effects)
