I get too many dropped frames then I'm willing to accept with raw AVI captures. My DV captures are flawless. What program supports the Digital Pass through? My Sony PC9 DV Camera supports this feature, and along time ago I go it to work with Adobe Premier 6.0 when I was on Win98. I now have Win2K and no longer have Premier installed. If I open the capture utility in Vegas Video 3 it just lets me control the tape in the Camera, and if no tape, then no controls at all. How do I fool it to let me record what is being passed through?
Can I fool Vegas to capture the pass though? Or what program allows capture of the video?
Thanks for helping me with this rather annoying problem.
Barney
