I need to do some BDInfo on a handful of Blu-rays, but I just can't get the program to open the BDMV folder!

I've tried to do it directly from the disc, and I just finished ripping a disc using DVDFab, which created a nice copy of the disc on my hard drive. Still can't get BDInfo to open the BDMV folder though.

    What to do?

    BDInfo only works under Windows.

Yes, there is a Mac version out there...

I couldn't get it to work in WinXP either.

The author appears to only officially support Windows, so any Mac builds are by third parties.

I guess you will have to contact the author to report your specific problem. Maybe there is a bug with certain BluRays.

I've tried three different discs from three different countries/two different regions. It's always the same problem. Even when I did a full disc rip of one of them.

I think he's trying to tell you that you need a specific version of Mono for Mac to make it work. That's just a guess. The Windows version, again the ONLY version the author supports, requires Net Framework 2.0 or above. Mono is the multi-platform non-Windows equivalent. Sorry, but I can't provide more info than that. I thought I better say what little I do know as kanner's post is his first and we have a large number of "one post wonders" around here who never post again after their first post.
