I have no idea what I did (a windows thing I'm sure) but now once I have finished encoding video and so forth, when I go to play anything back it is slightly faster then what it should be.
Win 98SE.
Once burned to CD it plays back fine, but on the hard drive it plays back slightly faster. Anyone got any ideas?
