    NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64 TV Out

    Can I transfer my 8mm tapes from my old camcoder to my PC with this TV out card.

    I don't know how to do it yet but I will read up on it I just need to know if I need a new card first? Thank you.

    TV-out gives video-out(put) from the card to a TV or other device; you probably need a video-in card of some sort.
