i am planning on upgrading my cd-rw drive, video card/captrue card and possible processor in a month or two. i currently have a VooDoo3 3000 AGP and a ATI Tv-Wonder card. i found a good deal on a ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon 7500 64mb ddr card. is this a good card? How is the video recording? I also read that that card has Guide+ where you can shadule recordings rom that program, is this a good feature? and if not can you still shedule manually? Also how is the game performance? ( it has to be a lot better than my current video card) any help will be great. if this is not the correct forum to post can it be moved?

I have the card that came out before that model and I'm happy with it. Initially, I had driver problems and such, but now it runs just great. I can capture at full resolution on an AMD 1.1ghz based system, with no frame loss.

From what I hear, the AIW 7500 and 8500 perform better than the 7200, in all areas.

I don't know about the Guide+ feature, though. I have it on my tv, but I don't ever use it. It's more trouble than it's worth, in my opinion. You can still program features manually.

Sorry, but I'm not much of a gamer, so I don't have anything to share in that department.
